Casa Holiday Homes processes personal data solely for the provision of its services and to comply with legal obligations.

- Reservation and stay details
- Payment details (used only to process payments; we do not store full payment card details)
- For the night register: name, place of residence, arrival and departure dates, type of identity document and document number (The citizen service number / BSN is explicitly not processed.)
- Age of accompanying children, solely to determine whether tourist tax applies
Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is processed for:
- Contact, reservations, and payments
- Performance of the rental agreement
- Compliance with legal obligations (including tourist tax and the night register)
Processing is based on consent, performance of a contract, and/or legal obligation.
Sharing data with third parties
For payments and reservations, we use external service providers who process personal data solely on behalf of Casa Holiday Homes and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Personal data is not sold and is shared only when necessary for service delivery or required by law.
Retention period
Personal data is retained no longer than necessary or legally required.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
